Technical Support Engineer / Manager, attractive package

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide and conduct technical training to the distributors and their existing clients.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting to customers and provide front line support.
  • Before and after sales technical account servicing which include proactive calling and review usage problems, customer visit.
  • Client visit and traveling may be required.

Requirements: 

  • Degree or above in Electrical or Electronic Engineering,
  • 2 years or above of relevant experience in field of technical support as preferably with experience in Security products.
  • Experience in CCTV Surveillance products and Access Control and On job relevant training is also provided.
  • Good problem solving skills & communication skill and interpersonal skill,
  • Knowledge in SQL server programming and computer network configuration would be an advantage.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • *** Leas experience will be considered as Technical support technician.***
