Job Description

  • IT helpdesk support - troubleshoot and resolve it related problem
  • Follow up issue with traceable records and details in ITSM tool
  • Maintain office PC, Mobile, Meeting Room, Phone system, Printing services, Wifi & IT related system or devices 
  • Maintain server room, stock & inventory clean and tidy
  • Maintain IT support operation manual and clear enough for backfill
  • Establish Accounts for users and assist with IT problems
  • Ensure the availability on Meeting Room System, Phone System, Network at the start of the day
  • Walk colleagues through steps to help them resolve their technical problems

 

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Certifications are preferred, but not required.
  • Working knowledge and Experience in Microsoft O365, Active Directory, Windows, PC and Mobile fixing
  • Good interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous issues
  • Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions
