Job Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, setup and support enterprise grade systems for clients
  • Install, configure, test and commission IT equipment
  • Resolve client incidents and liaise with vendor when necessary

Requirements

  • High Diploma or above
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VMWare and server administration
  • Working experience in data center / computer room environments
  • Good understanding of data center facility equipment and systems is a plus
  • Good customer service skill, client focused and interpersonal skill
  • Cert/Diploma holder in Computer Studies, Information Technology, or related qualifications is preferred
  • Technical documentation writing is essential.
  • With three years experience in field support is preferred

 

Less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as a Junior Technical Support
