Job Description:

  • Provision on technical support services for upgrading Windows 10
  • Setup servers and workstations for testing and deployment
  • Provide technical advice for the upgrade process
  • Collaborate with second tier support and contractors to tackle technical problems
  • Conduct quality assurance check for servers and workstations
  • Follow the departmental regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Provide helpdesk support

 

Requirement Details:

  • Form 5 / Diploma / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Practical knowledge and skills in desktop computer installation and related problem solving
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduates with IT certificates is also welcomed
