Responsibilities

  • Perform daily IT helpdesk frontline support for POS system, Support end user for their PC operations systems, PC LAN support, hardware, applications and peripherals issues
  • Assist or train up end users in operating PC's including OS and other common desktop application
  • Responsible for the maintenance of desktop, PC, patches and updates etc.
  • Assist in setting up of new PC equipment for users

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Min. 1-2 years working experience in POS, Windows, hardware/software support
  • Good command of both English & Chinese
  • Good interpersonal skill, Self-motivated, responsible, organized and willing to learn
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

 

Time & Location

Monday - Friday: 0815-1720 or 1010-1900

*Saturday duty once every 9 weeks Working Hours per week: 36 or 44 hours*

*Work in multiple location is required*
