Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor telemarketers' performance and improve the sales achievements
  • Set objectives for telemarketers and oversee daily operation
  • Ensure high quality of services are provided
  • Review on working procedures of staffs' productivity and sales achievement regularly
  • Provide training to telemarketers to enhance the service quality
  • Motivate staffs to achieve sales target and enhance job satisfaction
  • Ensure all staffs are comply with the internal guidelines, legal

 

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or above
  • At least 4 years’ telemarketing experience in the banking industry, supervisory/ team leading experience is a must
