Responsibilities:
- Handle counter transactions and enquiries to meet customer needs;
- Provide accurate and quality customer service to meet branch service goals.
Requirements:
- 5 passes in HKCEE;
- Work experience in Teller, Customer Service, Sales or Telemarketing in Banking or Finance industries;
- Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a plus;
- Customer oriented and attentive to details;
- This entry level position provides ample promotion opportunities to branch service, sales and other banking positions.
**Fresh graduate will also be considered.**
