Job Description:

  • Provide sales operations assistance to internal sales team and external parties
  • Responsible to support daily operations of sales administration (e.g., Sales contract, invoice, meeting minutes, reports and presentation preparation, documentation processing, meeting scheduling and coordination, follow-up on the clients’ payment status, etc.)
  • Provide all levels of administrative support to the Sales team (Inventory management
  • Ability to respect and maintain highest level of confidentiality
  • Daily customer data management

 

Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification with a minimum of 3 years solid experience in customer service and data management
  • Proficiency in PC applications / Chinese MS Word / Excel
  • Willing to work under pressure / work independently with tight schedule
  • Initiative, stable, fast-learning, adaptable to changes
  • Good team player and communication skills
  • Detail-minded and well organized with strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
