Roles

The incumbent will be the HR focal person for main school managing the daily HR operations and providing professional HR advices. His/ Her duties include but not limited to:-

Responsibilities

  • Handle contract management including commencement, renewal, transfer and termination
  • Handle annual salary adjustment exercise and the administration of performance management system
  • Work with the C&B colleague on the preparation of monthly payroll 
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle
  • Oversee the visa application, qualification assessment, background check & safeguarding procedures
  • Support the staff departure processes (e.g. tax clearance, MPF withdrawal, etc.)
  • Assist in onboarding services for local and expatriate staff
  • Support the new staff orientation program
  • Handle all HR daily enquiries (including tax enquiries) from new appointees and internal staff

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Business, Management, or Social Science
  • At least 7 years’ of solid HR experience preferably in business partnering/ HR generalist
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Excellent communications and organisation skills
  • Experience in handling expatriates relocation
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Well-versed with HK Labour Ordinance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to work under pressure
