Responsibilities:

  • Conduct follow-up actions against overdue accounts by phone
  • Answer customers’ enquiries on payments, accounting reconciliation and billing issues
  • Issue reminder notices and bad debt documentation
  • Provide general administration and clerical support to the team
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Self-motivated and work independently
  • Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
