Responsibilities:

  • Handle frontline recruitment process which includes sourcing, interviewing arrangement, liaison with candidates, and supporting HR Business Partners on new hires contract signing and on-boarding;
  • Execute recruitment projects such as job fairs and recruitment day as assigned by HR Business Partners;
  • Responsible for preparing the weekly recruitment reports and perform market research on labors trend as assigned;
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and site offices to continuously monitor the vacancies and hiring needs and to provide support as required;
  • Assist in all others ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or above;
  • Direct work experience in recruitment function;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Able to communicate in English and Chinese;
  • Good computer operating skills in Microsoft Office Professional and Chinese word processing;
  • Pro-active, energetic, objectives and results focus;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
