The incumbent will be responsible for the provision of quality tenant services of retail shops of Harbour City, including but not limited to monitoring of take-over / hand-over of premises, supervising fitting-out and reinstatement works, vetting of shop front designs, maintaining good rapport with tenants and complaint handling as well as delivering value-added services.

Candidates should be university graduates with professional membership in related discipline and with at least 10 years’ proven experience in managing large commercial complex. He / She should be a self-starter who works independently, resourceful in problem-solving, equipped with strong leadership skills, excellent organization and interpersonal skills and is proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese. Exposure in shopping mall management, familiarity with pre-fitting out preparatory works for various trade mix and large-scale A&A projects would be a definite advantage.
