Vocational Training Council (VTC), established in 1982, has always been at the forefront of vocational and professional education and training (VPET). As a statutory body, we exist within Hong Kong education system to ensure the skills of the Hong Kong workforce remain fresh and future ready. Student Development Discipline Office

Major Duties:
(a) To assist in the organisation, coordination and implementation of the projects / activities of the Discipline;
(b) To assist in preparing project reports, financial reports and meeting notes, etc.;
(c) To assist in developing and maintaining various online platforms to promote and showcase students’ project work;
(d) To assist in conducting publicity activities to promote the projects; and
(e) To support the Discipline project work as necessary.

Requirements:
(a) A recognised degree or equivalent qualification;
(b) At least 2 years’ relevant experience in the field of project and event management or digital media;
(c) Good knowledge and skills in multimedia software;
(d) Good presentation, public speaking, facilitation, coaching and problem solving skills;
(e) Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
(f) Strong initiative, mature, confident and be a good team player with ability to work independently under pressure.

Notes:
(1) Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend and pass a written test in both English and Chinese.
(2) The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties in different locations and/ or outside normal office hours.
