UL Consumer - Safeguarding the integrity of product performance.

With a global footprint, we are always seeking dynamic, motivated and experienced candidates to join our world-class team. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Testing technologist (Chemical)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform tests and record results in worksheets and prepare the draft report;
  • Perform regular maintenance and calibration on all mechanical and safety performance testing equipment;
  • Report stock of consumables and the need of purchase and replacement;
  • Maintain the laboratory in good order, recommend and maintain safety for the laboratory;
  • Maintain a safe, clean and tidy laboratory environment;
  • Accomplish the assignment given by Testing Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Applied Science/ Chemical technology/ Chemistry/ Microbiology or equivalent disciplines;
  • Ability to work under pressure, able to work independently and work overtime;
  • Good command of both spoken & written English;
  • Immediate available is preferred;
  • Candidate with more experience will consider as Senior Testing Technologist.
