US multinational fiber brand owner and supplier with global factories and offices – supplying to the global textile and non-wovens industry with high-quality fibers – Hong Kong office is the Regional Office of Asia Pacific -  is looking for a    DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, TECHNICAL KEY ACCOUNT SERVICE  – with details as follows :  


  • University or relevant (textile or chemical field related)
  • Fluent speak in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Technical-orientated.
  • Strong sense of development, it could be product development or process development
  • 10-15 years solid working experience on Textile industry
  • Good networking and relationship with fabric mills in Asia
  • With the awareness on catching the market or brand needs
  • With passion working in textile industry, representable & working independent
  • With IP experience
  • Good team work/ Good interpersonal & presentation skills.
  • Report to the Head of Technical Customer Service
  • Manage the workshop and organize the work to get it done.
  • Organizing technical seminars, in-house workshops, education and training in Asia according to the Corporate and customer requests
  • Conduct regular discussion with internal Sales and Business Development Teams, so as to exchange and collect the lastest development trend and knowledge, for achieving a compromise (dyeing & finishing assistance).
  • To be part of the global technical support network.
  • Visit the brands and other Textile partners; seek for the opportunity of joint-cooperation.
  • Assisting Customer Service team at the technical level on development issues. Via a systematic way, with data to back up the development work.
  • Assisting customers in product developments with dyeing and finishing expert opinions
  • Some business trips  needed
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary plus performance bonus
