US multinational fiber brand owner and supplier with global factories and offices – supplying to the global textile and nonwovens industry with high-quality fibers – Hong Kong office is the Regional Office of Asia Pacific -  is looking for a    TECHNICAL KEY ACCOUNT SERVICING SPECIALIST (textile/non woven)  – with details as follows :  


  • University or relevant (textile/nonwoven or chemical field related)
  • Business level English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • 5-10 years working experience on Nonwoven/textiles
  • Good networking and relationship with fabric mills in Asia.
  • Working independent and willing to travel when needed
  • Good presentation skill and strong communication skill.
  • Technical-orientated. Practical & solid experience on development:
  • Sound knowledge of Nonwoven technologies (process & equipment);
  • Considerable experience in production, products development & converting of Nonwoven Knowledge & understanding of Nonwoven markets in Asia
  • Good team player.
  • Report to the Technical Customer Service Manager
  • Handle the claim on nonwoven cases in Asia by providing corresponding solution to minimize the claim amount.
  • Deal with the factories in China and Asian countries
  • Provide technical assistance to direct and downstream customers.
  • Handling the quality complaints, work with expertise team, feedback & purpose the contingency plan.
  • Assisting the customers in product developments.
  • Providing support on Business Development in Nonwoven at the technical level on development.
  • Manage and coordinate the education, seminars and in-house trainings
  • Business trips needed
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary plus performance bonus
