  • Handle enquiries from customers via phone call, email and livechat

  • Handle complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Achieve monthly KPI and productivity

Profile

  • Native Thai speaking is a must!
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Proactive, mature-minded and independent
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in the luxury fashion industry will be a definite advantage
