Salary (HKD) $13,500 - $15,500 / month

Our client's are famous company in Airline industries and looking for potential candidates who have Customer Service experience to join them.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming hotline enquirers and complaints;
  • Solve customer's problem and provide advice to them;
  • Collect customer feedback to management to improve the company image and service;
  • Achieved service standard;
  • Orders follow up.

Requirements:

  • Excellent to spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin) - For who's interesting to apply Airlines, Luxury, Banking; Good spoken in English & Chinese for other industries
  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
  • Good communication, telephone manner and solving problem skill
