Main responsibilities

  • Delivering quality customer service via incoming emails and calls
  • Assisting customers for hotel and ticket reservation, amendment and cancellation
  • Handling gift redemption and checking account information for customers

 

Basic requirements

  • Associate degree/ Higher diploma or above
  • Confident in spoken English and Mandarin/ Extra allowance for fluent Korean/ Japanese speaker
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
