Reporting to the Ticketing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for preparing the sales/ revenue report, and maintaining the ticket account balance of the department. He/she will also need to monitor the team in admission ticket selling, Park admission control and stock checking to ensure the smooth, efficient and orderly running of operations.

Requirement

- Matriculated or above
- With at least 5 years’ ticketing operations, cash handling and customer service experience, of which 3 years at supervisory level and with knowledge of automatic ticketing and admission system
- Hands-on experience in preparation of sales, attendance and revenue reports
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Computer literacy in Windows/MS Office environment
- Willing to work outdoor, on weekends and during public holidays
