Our client is currently looking for an KYC Officer with high calibre to join their business for 12 months. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of KYC/account-opening experience in the banking industry.

Description

* Assist in mapping out end-to-end account opening journey
* Assist in coordinating meetings for providing progress update to all stakeholders
* Perform testing on eKYC solution, UAT and Sandbox testing over the entire journey
* Liaise with teams to perform required risk assessment for project launch
* Prepare internal and external clearance documents
* Assist in developing and releasing marketing communication and promotion
* Provide necessary support of ad-hoc tasks

Profile

* University degree in Business Administration, Marketing OR other relevant qualifications
* 1 year's working experience preferred
* Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
* Strong Self-motivation with good project management and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in both English and Chinese
* Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset
