Job Overview

The Tour Assistant is responsible for arranging hotels, transportation, sightseeing, restaurants, conference/meeting/special venue facilities and souvenirs for Japan projects. The projects range from normal leisure tour to large scale incentive conventions/corporate events.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Place bookings and liaise with suppliers in Japan, including but not limited to hotels, transportation companies, restaurants, attractions and conference/meeting/special venue facilities, to execute the needs of the clients (leisure and corporate).
  • Assist other department for ad-hoc duties if required.


  • Occasional travel is required.
  • Post-secondary / Degree graduate.
  • Work experience in Japan travel related role is welcomed, but not required.
  • Strong communications skills (both orally and writing) in Cantonese and Japanese (N1 is a plus, but not required) are required. Good communication skills in English are also required. Additional languages such as Mandarin and other languages are welcome
  • Experience in using XML PowerSuite System is a plus, but not required.
