Responsibilities

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to members
  • Responding to members' enquiries in terms of membership, ticketing and flight information
  • Resolving problems and complaints from members and ensuring a hight extend of customer satisfaction and KPI is achieved
  • Ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above preferably with customer service or hotline experience
  • Good customer service and communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Detailed-minded and customer oriented
  • Basic PC knowledge
  • Candidate with solid experience will be considered as senior customer service officer
