Responsibilities
- L/C opening
- Follow up on purchases order, shipment booking & scheduling
- Prepare invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, L/C and other related documents
- Coordination with oversea customers and factories
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Familiar with banking documents such as D/P or D/A or L/C, etc.
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably with Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese word processing
- Immediately available is preferred
