Our Client is an Investment Bank and they trade Asia Cash Equities, Futures, Option, Fix Income, FX and Gold. They do retail trading and also institutional trading. They are currently looking for a good team-player, detail-oriented, stable and self-motivated candidate to join their team providing day-to-day first line end-user support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily technical supports for 300+ internal users in APAC through face to face, telephone and email, as well as responsible for in-house hardware & Software installation
  • Provide training and recommendation across all IT aspects
  • Recommend new applications for users
  • Monitor performance of all desktop and infrastructure tools
  • Pro-actively oversee the infrastructure components and generate performance statistics and reports
  • Maintain and keep tracking IT assets with proper inventory control record and related documentation
  • Involve infrastructure projects and negotiations with vendors on pricing and requirement
  • Provide on-call support in during non-office hours

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 4-8 years of solid experience in Helpdesk/IT support
  • Strong with Windows 10, MacOS, HP desktops, iphone/ipads, AD, Citrix
  • SCCM knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of supporting trading system and marketing data provider, such as Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Fidessa is preferred
  • Must be able to withstand high pressure and work during weekend when required
  • Excellent command of Cantonese and English are essential
