Trade Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Management

  • Manage assigned channel (including H&B channels and cosmetic chain) & responsible to deliver the assigned channel sales (Top line), profitability (bottom line)
  • Formulate and execute business plan, product launch plan and business review with assigned channel.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative key customer relationships to deliver preferred supplier status
  • Negotiate best listing and promotion terms with assigned channel as business and maintain a good relationships with key accounts at all levels
  • Conduct annual exercise on budgeting, pricing, new product launch, trade promotion fund allocation and manage spending within assigned budget

Sales Activities

  • Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing team for promotional activities; Communicate with merchandising team for promotion update
  • Responsible for developing superior in-store presence of the brand in assigned channels
  • Plan and execute sales forecast to ensure in-store execution excellence in product portfolio and performance align with marketing strategy.
  • Follow up on daily management and implementation of defined activities with buyers
  • Monitor and control the trade spending within budget via regular reviews against objectives internally and externally

Others

  •         Identify new business and channel opportunities
  •         Assist in ad-hoc assignments and project as assigned by management
  •         Obtain market intelligent and provide insight for channel strategy.

 

Job Requirements:

University Degree.  

 

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in Sales or Trade Marketing. Research / analysis experience is preferred.

  •         Knowledge & experience in beauty / skincare / FMCG industry preferred
