  • We are looking for TRADE MARKETING MANAGER - with details as follows :
  • Report to the English speaking Head of Marketing Asia
  • Responsible for in trade marketing activities for Hong Kong markets.
  • Develop 1-year in trade plan according to business plans developed by regional team in order to deliver high growth targets by city and customer.
  • This should include activities such as: regular promotional activities (for wholesalers, retailers and end customer), in store displays & POS to gain visibility, NPDs supports, distribution plans expansion, etc.
  • Work out annual promotion activities plan by channel & customers including mechanism design, product selection, announcement, implementation, tracking and post-campaign report;
  • Observe and study consumer insight & shopper insights in order to design and execute brand activation that resonates with end consumer.
  • Support and work together with sales team to ensure success of promotional plan and propose corrective changed if needed.
  • Regular key customer visits to design & monitor laser promotional plans.
  • Responsible for marketing budget.
  • Supervise a small Marketing Team
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum of 5 years marketing and product management experience ideally in building materials industry;
  • Familiar with Hong Kong markets, especially the traditional retail environment (Hardware shops, timber shops, paint shops) & modern trade segment will be an advantage;
  • Experience in building materials brand owner a plus
  • Have led in trade marketing plan development and managed brand activation;
  • Strong project management skill and have experience of working with cross functions;
  • Fluent in oral and written English;
  • Reasonable computer/software skills (word, PPT) and good excel skill is a must.
  • 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am - 5:30pm)
  • Annual leave : 12 days
