This role is to support FICC (including OTC derivatives) business in Hong Kong which need to execute day to day processing on a range of OTC and listed securities.

Our client is a leading brokerage and investment group with strong presence in APAC and across the globe. Our client provides securities, corporate finance & capital markets, asset management, alternative investment as well as wealth management services to global corporate and institutional clients.

Description

  • Managing the whole trade flow from processing to affirmation and settlement of trades

  • Work with varies teams to ensure trading activities are properly booked in internal system

  • Resolve all breaks in a timely manner and ensuring daily deliverable are met

  • Work on processing of corporate actions, post-trade events, trade lifecycle

  • Provide expertise advice to front office on trade booking

  • Oversight of all trade booking and settlement related activities

Profile

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a trade support function, preferably in securities background

  • Solid experience in fixed income derivatives product in both exchange and OTC, product lifecycles and settlement markets

  • Proactive, fast learner with logical mindset

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

  • Strong organizational, communication and prioritization skills

  • Excellent PC skills with good understanding of MS Office

  • Collateral Management experience is preferred

  • Knowledge of common derivative instruments

  • Good understanding of ISDA/CSA Master Agreements & Definitions would be a plus
