EXPORT TRADING company of over 30 years history with 30 staff in Hong Kong office - main products are household and sundries products including vacuum flask, LED flashlight, battery, enamelware, padlock, alarm clock, bags, toys, lantern and mosquito coils etc - suppliers are from partner factories in China - main markets are Middle and South America, Africa, Middle East, SE Asia and Eastern Europe – is looking for SALES & OPERATION MANAGER – with details as follows :
  • University graduate in any subjects; preferably in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics; or equivalent
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Over 8 years managerial level in small to medium size export trading companies for consumer products
  • Experience in household products / sundries or similar products an advantage
  • Knowledge in L/C, import export shipping documents and banking / trading documents
  • Possess business sense with P&L mindset
  • Reporting to the Chairman
  • Responsible for managing this trading business
  • Lead and manage the Sales team to provide professional service to Company clients
  • Coordinate and service existing customers and Company's commodity agencies
  • Directly servicing company key customers
  • Grow the business of existing clients and develop new potential clients
  • Ensure daily smooth operations and on time delivery of goods
  • Attend exhibitions in HK or overseas when needed
  • Meeting with overseas clients as well as business negotiation
  • Lead the Team in processing customers orders until shipment completed
  • Formulate and implement sales & marketing strategies and action plans to achieve company business goals and objectives
  • Formulate and implement operation procedures to ensure efficient and effetive daily operations
  • Occasional trip to China and overseas needed
  • Other ad hoc projects assigned by Boss
  • 5 days work
