Responsibilities:

  • Verify the sales proposals particularly if issues arise with conditions of booking
  • Produces daily playlist by obtaining information and importing orders
  • Enters commercial advertising schedules and maintains the database by reviewing and resolving the error with the ultimate goal of optimizing revenue
  • Liaise with clients, agencies or commercial providers on commercial materials submission and to ensure all instructions and delivered in a timely manner
  • Assist in censorship process and maintain materials filing system
  • Coordinate with the internal department in preparing operation orders
  • Work closely with sales team, production team and innovate team on current deadline status and smooth running of campaigns
  • Assist on company ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • This role will suit a candidate that has relevant administrative skills, preferably from Out Of Home advertising, but experience from the wide advertising sector would be a distinct advantage
  • F.7 or above
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Hardworking and willing to work overtime
  • Fluent English and Chinese in both spoken and written
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
