A newly set up Consultancy agency is looking for Trainers / Training Consultancy (Freelance/Permanent) to work together to develop the potential business within their strategic planning. Happy, fun and work-life balance working environment. 

 

Purpose:

To develop and enhance the skills and abilities of Clients ‘ employees to help them achieve their potential and optimize their contribution to the Company.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and delivery of all training to corporate Clients. This includes management skills, compliance and personal development soft skills training and, where appropriate, undertaking training audits as an extension to the classroom training.
  • Prepare business proposals, follow-up service projects and handle service accounts.
  • Develop and maintain the relationship with Clients to create a solid database.  
  • Assist Clients to analyze the training gap, provide the training plan and fulfill clients’ needs.

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience of working in private/corporate training field.
  • Communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets
  • Excellent team player but also able to work on own initiative.
  • Attention to detail. Good organizational skills.
  • Passionate about designing the training program.
  • Pleasant, excellent communication skills, down to earth. 
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and classroom management skills. Creative and open minded
  • Fluency language skills (English, Cantonese/Mandarin)
  • Prior training/coaching/mentoring/ working in a management position experience will be an advantage.
  • Good PC knowledge ( PowerPoint, Prezi ..etc)
