  • Japanese listed cosmetics brand owner with 5-8 beauty counters located in high end department stores and shopping malls in Hong Kong
  • We are looking for FIELD COACH (BEAUTY TRAINER) – with details as follows :
  • Holder of international certificate in beauty and academic qualifications.
  • 5 to 8 years working experience in the beauty sector, of which preferably over 2 years hands-on coaching, training and counter operation experience
  • Good experience in conducting product/service/sales training in the beauty sector especially to frontline beauty consultants
  • Experience or ability in performing on-site training including but not limited to facial treatment, hand and face demo training etc
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • A good team player
  • JOB SUMMARY : conduct training to frontline beauty consultants including product training, service training and sales technique training
  • You will provide brand, product, hospitality, facial treatment, hand and face demo training and selling technique to frontline staff.
  • You will conduct regular store visit and on-site training to ensure the training effectiveness
  • You will provide necessary support in counter operation and marketing promotion
  • You will Train and coach frontline staff in accordance with company service standard and procedures.
  • You will provide the orientation training to new sales employees.
  • You will communicate with Sales Manager to conduct the counter chief's meeting by monthly.
  • You will prepare counter findings report and summary of counter visit.
  • You will communicate with Counter's Supervisors and Managers for work together to achieve the company goals.
  • You will explore training needs and assist in developing appropriate training campaigns for frontline staff.
  • You will provide performance evaluation to facilitate counter staff development
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Medical benefits
  • 9 hours per day (inclusive of 1 hour lunch)
  • 8 days off per month
