Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop training strategy and design training courses and programs to meet training needs
  • Design and deliver training and development, talent assessment and management programs (Hiring and staffing)
  • Conduct TTT sessions
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of all training and trainer
  • Management consulting
  • Survey analytic
  • Coordinate and support marketing and promotion events and activities
  • Support the product development team business strategy and creative concepts, proposals, and presentations

 

Job Requirement:

  • Degree holder in IT, Training and Development, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training / IT&T industry
  • Detail-minded with strong analytical mindset and researching skill (Focus on rapid adoption services)
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skill and self-motivated
  • Hands-on experience of MS office applications
  • Good in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Consultant
