The Job

  • Clients: A Leading Main Contractor
  • Position: Training & Development Manager (Construction / Property Domain)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Design and execute Training & Talent Development strategy according to the business direction and needs
    • Identify the talent gap within the business and develop strategies and plan to close the gap
    • Ensure the Talent Development and Succession Planning strategies are in line with the group's vision and business direction
    • Assess, design and improve the training curriculum in coordination with different business units
    • Perform HR analysis and recommend the Talent Development solutions to enhance Talent Management function
  • Salary: $40-60K, bonus, medical

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • At least 12-15 years working experience in Training & Talent Development
  • Preferable with Construction Industry working experience
  • Strong in organization skills and innovative
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
