Client Details

Our client is a market leader in providing excellent quality of products across the world. Their brand name is well known to every household and professionals. Currently they are looking for a Training and ER Officer to join their Learning and Development Team for their Hong Kong office.

Description

  • Coordinate training administration, logistics and preparing training materials

  • Organize training events with external & internal partners, from junior to managerial levels

  • Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources

  • Implement corporate branding programs and employee engagement programs

  • Provide support to ad hoc projects of the team

Profile

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years of Corporate Training and Employee Relationship experience in a sizeable company; MNC will be an advantage

  • Good knowledge in Ms Word, Excel (V-look up, Pivot table), PowerPoint

  • Sensitive to figures/data

  • Detail-minded and well organized

  • Work accurately and timely

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Immediate available a plus
