China Duty Free Group Co., Ltd. (CDFG), established in 1984, is the only state-owned enterprise authorized by the State Council to operate duty free business across the country. In accordance with the State policies, CDFG exercises unified management of the national duty free industry (i.e. unified operation, unified purchasing, unified retail pricing and unified development of management regulations ).

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with retail teams and corporate stakeholders to identify learning needs and designing the learning curriculum to archive business and people development needs
  • Designing and developing the talent development programs, succession planning, staff engagement and other Organization Development projects
  • Evaluate, assess and monitor the effectiveness of overall learning & development programs
  • Conduct training activities and coaching to retail staff to enhance customer services level, grooming, selling technique
  • Provide advice on, coaching and development programs to maintain a consistent talent development approach across the company
  • Supervise training records and maintain budget control
  • Coordination for product training with vendor
  • Prepare and update training materials and tools periodically
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure the execution of frontline talent development
  • Utilize the KPI and Mystery shopper program for constant feedback and improvement
  • Participate in new retail start up business , design induction and training program to all frontline staffs
  • Support any ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training & Development or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years solid experience in training and development functions
  • Well understanding of retail industry, preferably with beauty and cosmetics experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Reliable and able to manage muti-tasks in a timely manner
  • Possess creative mindset, good project management skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
