Responsibilities:

-       Responsible for HR & Training functions including Training & Development, Recruitment, Compensation & benefits, Employee Relationship and Office Administration etc

-       Arrange retail & office staff training, class scheduling, course enrollments and performance analysis

-       Prepare and develop training procedure manual / guides / workflow and course materials

-       Maintain and update all training materials for in-house course

-       To be responsible for on boarding program for the new recruit

Requirements:

-       University graduate in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Business Administration or related disciplines

-       At least two years’ relevant experience in HR & Training in Retail industry preferred;

-       Good presentation and communication and interpersonal skills

-       Self-motivated, well-organized, will to learn, and attentive to details

-       Good spoken and written in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

-       Be interested in Pet industry

-       Willing to business trip in China

-       Immediately available in preferred

 

Office Location: Tai Po
