Client Details

Our client is a leading key player in the Japanese lifestyle, including household, food, softline and bundle products. Due to their fast growing business in Hong Kong, they are looking for candidate with aspiring and dynamic personality to join their team as Training Manager.

Description

  • Plan, evaluate and implement training and development programs for employees that align with Human Resources and overall business goals

  • Execute and conduct ongoing training, including onboarding, technical, customer service, management, and compliance workshops

  • Develop training materials and facilitator guides

  • Develop and design KPIs for people development program and conduct on-going monitoring of learning effectiveness

  • Work with management team to create succession planning to ensure sustainability of the organisation

  • Lead the mystery shopper program to drive our front line customer service

Profile

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in training and development within retail operations, with expertise in talent assessment, talent management, coaching and training

  • Experience in organisation transformation and change management

  • Experience in retail store operations is preferred

  • Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

  • University graduate in related discipline​
