Client Details

Our client is a Hong Kong based company, with around 80 staff in their Hong Kong office. They are looking for a well-organized and reliable Travel & Administration Officer to join their expanding company.

Description

  • Handle extensive travel, accommodation and other logistics arrangement
  • Compare regularly different routing, fares and issuing offices for best travel options
  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support
  • Handle office and pantry supplies
  • Arrange and set up meeting rooms
  • Assist with office maintenance and procurement
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned

Profile

  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in travel industries and/or experience in travel arrangement/bookings
  • Knowledge of airlines or travel agent reservations and ticketing systems is an advantage
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Ability to work under pressure, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skill and telephone manner
  • Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skill
  • Effective time-management, multi-tasking
  • Good command of computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
