Job duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to our phone-in members
- Assist in online ticket booking, hotel reservation and handle general tourism inquires as a travel specialist
- Serve members with their virtual point redemption and transactions
Requirement:
- Diploma holder or above (Degree in related subject will be a plus)
- Customer service oriented people
- Good commad of both English and Chinese Language; Native in Cantonese is a must
- Patient, cheerful and CREATIVE!
- Freshgraduate are also welcome
