Description

  • Provide world class travel and lifestyle advise to customers
  • Handle customer enquiries timely
  • Provide accurate information and assistants to the customers
  • Resolve complaints in a professional manner
  • Assist with adhoc duties as required

Profile

  • Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Knowledge in GDS system is a definite plus!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Command of foreign language is a plus
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
