ABT HK is opening a vacancy for a corporate travel consultant, who wishes to develop his skills in the global market.

Duties:

  • Planning and creating efficient itineraries with the GDS systems and by liaising different suppliers.
  • Providing creative solutions to problems/requirements related to the travel plans of our customers.
  • Providing an excellent telephone/email service and pleasant communication with costumers in English & Cantonese (Mandarin will be an advantage).
  • Office hours are Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00. Saturday-Sunday is off.

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years experience in the travel industry
  • Experience in front-line sales and/or customer services
  • Experience working with GDS systems
  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Permanent HKID is a must
  • Cantonese native language, excellent command in English (verbal & written)
