Responsibilities:

  • Receive and handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service experience via phone and emails
  • Assist in daily operations including reservations, amendments, cancellations, ticket issuance
  • Promote the company products and services through cross-selling/ up-selling approach if needed
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by Team Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in tourism, hospitality or related discipline
  • 2+ years of work experience in customer / travel-related service
  • Knowledge in travel products and services and global distribution system (GDS) such as Amadeus and/or Galileo
  • Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to handle customer requests independently
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
