Job Description
- Enhance user experience through design flows and interactions for the mobile application;
- Coordinate with the business, development and design teams of colleagues;
- Align with business requirements and achieve long-term strategy;
- Initiate and guide UX research to obtain users' feedback, thereby uncover new opportunities;
- Facilitate and participate in various design presentations.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications, preferably in a MNC;
- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree with major in UI/UX design or other relevant disciplines;
- Being flexible to meet remotely with colleagues across time zone;
- Proficient in English language, both spoken and written;
- Able to work with complex projects;
