Description

  • Manage the full spectrum of administrative functions
  • Handle premises and office facilities management and equipment maintenance
  • Handle all licenses and insurance renewals plus any other significant office costs
  • Assist in renovation projects
  • Vendor management
  • Event organising like annual dinner, Christmas dinner

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5-10 years administrative experience in managerial level or equivalent experience
  • Outstanding English writing and speaking skills is highly preferred
  • Experience in sizable company is preferred
  • Excellent leadership skill
  • Strong organisation skills and excellent team player
  • Clear thinking, able to work well under pressure with a positive attitude
