JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for supporting the deployment, maintenance and monitoring on existing systems of related project
- Assist in technical hardware/software operational support such as installation, maintenance and testing
- Assist in performing and maintaining daily IT operations including but not limited to network and hardware support
- Troubleshoot and perform administration of network and email systems
- Communication with vendors for specifications and delivery
- Prepare technical documents and reports, implementation proposals and user manual
- Provide professional IT ad-hoc duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma Holder or above in Computing or related discipline
- Minimum experiences of 2-year experience in IT support , desktop/system support, including Windows and Linux or related fields
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Sensational analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
