JOB DUTIES:
- To provide onsite support/maintenance on PCs hardware/software and system.
- To provide network support and network equipment's monitoring.
- To assist in setting up workstation or networked equipment, scheduling and monitoring, computer equipment installation/relocation and perform site preparation work.
- To assist in managing the hardware and software inventory items and maintain up-to-dated inventory records.
- Provide after-office-hour standby/emergency support duties as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology.
- Min 1-2 years working experience in IT related field.
- Experience in Windows support, hardware/software and network support.
- Knowledge in MS office, WAN/LAN, TCP/IP.
- Knowledge in IP phone or AV system is an advantage
