About the Role

The user experience designer drives the design and production of new experiences for our clients and their digital properties. This role will work with other specialists (data analysts, development team, etc.) to evolve and improve digital propositions and experiences across all projects.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business requirements and user needs through all UX methodologies and tools such as requirement gathering, UX research methods, UX audits and analysis, User Journey mapping, etc.);
  • Produce Lo-fi to Hi-fi wireframes to facilitate user testing, A/B testing and stakeholders’ collaborations;
  • Produce intuitive and engaging user experience with consideration of users’ needs, pain-points and behavior;
  • Iterate and communicate ideas both internally and externally through different presentation methodologies such as prototypes and presentation decks;
  • Advocate innovations and always bring in new technology to challenge default practices.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Design / Creative or related disciplines;
  • Skills in software such as Adobe suite (including Adobe XD), Sketch App, Axure, Marvel and InVision;
  • Good understanding in Business Requirement Gathering, User research (both qualitative and quantitative), Usability Tests, Research reporting;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Cantonese;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin will be an added advantage;
  • Team Player and collaborator;
  • High expectation of design and experience quality;
  • Eye for details.
