Group Human Resources has the important role of attracting, retaining, and nurturing talent to ensure that DBS continues to be a competitive employer in Asia. * Manage and provide HR shared services including payroll, taxation, benefits administration etc
* Plan, recommend and ensure quality and timely HR shared services delivery to the organization and respective HR teams;
* Provide direction on HRIS development and other related activities / projects;
* Review and recommend changes to operation and control procedures so as to ensure efficient operations and alignment with Group practice while compliant with local regulations;
* Monitor the activities of the team through periodic staff meetings, review of established objectives / SLA reports and frequent informal discussion;
* Supervise, coach and provide development to team members to improve their work standard and efficiency and also unleash their potential for further development;
* Perform the roles of Unit Operational Risk Manager, Compliance Officer, BCP Manager, Outsourcing Champion and PDPO Officer for HR.

* Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
* Minimum 10 years in HR Management, preferably in banking industry
* Knowledge in HR shared services including payroll and benefits administration
* Knowledge in Workday HR system would be a plus
* Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and relevant banking ordinance/guidelines
* Strong people and team management skills, and with a growth and positive mindset
