Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage and align an overall strategy for communicating HR initiatives across all channels
* Manage annual HR marketing plan by segment / products and deliver integrated marketing & communications campaigns
* Work closely with HR product owners (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards) to build communication strategy and ensure communication of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to all associated programs
* Strengthen employer branding by engaging social media (e.g. LinkedIn, eFinancial Careers, WeChat…etc) and pitching of HR industry awards & accolades
* Track success and effectiveness of communication strategies and marketing campaigns

Requirement:
* Experience in communications and branding
* Proven track record in driving effective internal communication strategy
* Solid experience in digital marketing and online content management
* Strong communication skills; excellent in written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
